Backstage Ninja

I was able to crack into my parents email today, just to see if I could (it was a very blah day- you have no idea…) and once I got in, I found a small folder labeled “Sam”. Curiosity piqued, I decided to explore the folder, and found something interesting.

for the last 8 years of my schooling, beginning in the fourth grade, my parents have been keeping tabs on me in school, without my knowledge, constantly emailing my teachers and requesting meetings to discuss my work ethic. 

after almost two hours reading all of the emails, I realized something. I didnt mind that they had been constantly keeping tabs on me, what really got to me was that they did it all behind my back, refusing to trust me when they asked me how school was going.

I have done nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to lose their trust, yet still, for the last eight years they have done this. 

heck, after going back through the eight years of emails, I found that even though they were instigating the emails to the teachers, the entire time they were conversing between themselves stating that they “did not want to” and that they “did not think they needed to” continue watching over me.

then finally, in the last three emails, I discovered that the had me tested for almost a week straight in the fourth grade for god-knows-what, concluding that for my age, I was a lot smarter than average, which raises the question, why the hell would they decide to start this madness then?

Overall, I guess I dont really mind as much that they have been watching over me this whole time- I suppose I really should be happy that they care as much as they do, its just that they had to do it behind my back. 

perhaps I should quit poking my nose where it doesn’t belong… 

now what do I do?
